I had an outstanding experience picking up my very first Tudor watch at Hamilton. Lauren and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming, genuinely enthusiastic, and highly knowledgeable about the collection. They made the whole process enjoyable. I recently got “the call” for my Rolex, and the entire experience at Hamilton Jewelers was outstanding from start to finish. Buying a Rolex is supposed to feel special, and they absolutely delivered that full experience. Cassandra McBride was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the watch, its features, and making sure I fully appreciated what makes the piece so special. Her professionalism and enthusiasm made the experience memorable. I also want to thank Lauren Tischler, who was extremely helpful when I first registered my watch preferences. She was welcoming, organized, and made the initial process seamless. From the first interaction to finally getting “the call,” the communication and customer service were excellent. After patiently waiting for almost four years, I finally got a call from Yvonne Eng with Hamilton Jewelers. One of my grail timepieces, a Rolex GMT Master 2 Batman. Thank you Hamilton Jewelers for letting me purchase this timepiece from you. I want to personally thank Yvonne for taking care of me throughout this process of acquiring this watch. I appreciate her giving me the detailed walk through on how to operate the GMT watch. Service was exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about Hamilton Jewelers, especially Diane who helped me and my fiancée the entire way. She worked with us for 14 months and she was extremely professional/respectful, making our visions come to life. The engagement ring and two wedding bands we got are flawless, all thanks to her and Hamilton. High quality product, high quality staff. Would passionately recommend to anyone!!!

I live in Florida. Which has only 5 Authorized Rolex Dealers in the state. 18 months ago I reached out to the five dealers, to express my interest in the Rolex SS Submariner Date Only one, of the Five Dealers, had the courtesy to respond to my text from the Rolex website. That was Hamilton Jewelers, and to my surprise it was a Ms Cassandra McBride who was their Rolex liaison, located in their main Store in Princeton, New Jersey. I followed up with a phone call to her , at the Princeton NJ location It was a very delightful and informative experience . Ms McBride reviewed my information and explained to me , all the great details about the watch and it's current market availability , but assured that my interest in the watch would be noted and would keep me informed. I told her I frequently visit New Jersey several times a year. On, one trip I went to the store and personally introduced myself to her, had a very nice informative and friendly conversation with her, a very nice customer service experience . I would during the 18 months, text her to reaffirm my interest, and she would always reply quickly , reassuring me, and expressing hope for good news in the future. On December 3,2025, she texted me. And asked if I was still interested in the SS Submariner Date, ironically I was in New Jersey for a social event. I called her back , and reaffirmed my interest, and we laughed that I was in New Jersey. She said she hoped to have good news in the upcoming year. The next day she called and to my surprise said the watch was available. I was ecstatic, we made plans for me to come to their Hamilton Jewelers store in Princeton on the 5th of December. At that time she made me a wonderful presentation of the watch, explaining all the details.It was like Christmas with an old friend. This was my first purchase from Hamilton Jewelers in Princeton, and Peter made it a great experience. He took the time to walk me through several pieces, answer all my questions, and share his knowledge along the way. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I had my 2015 Rolex GMT serviced at Hamilton Jewelers earlier this year and the full overhaul took four weeks, the pricing was phenomenal, and the watch looks beautiful and is keeping near perfect time (<+1 sec./day). This week I took in my vintage submariner to be serviced with some very specific parameters as I want to keep the original tritium dial, hands, and bezel. It remains to be seen if Rolex will agree to the work. Nonetheless, my experiences have been positive. Throughout all of the above, I worked with Emily Martano who was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was born and raised in Princeton, and Hamilton Jewelers has been my local Rolex authorized dealer since I purchased my first Rolex from them in 2013 and my experiences have always been positive. My Daytona is next to be due for service and I will not hesitate for a moment to bring it into Hamilton when the time comes. I highly recommend them. Several months ago, my mom was looking to sell some gold jewelry she had no use for and when I called Hamilton, they were very in telling me that they would buy it, but they wouldn’t give the best price and the sales associate on the phone took the time to give me the names and numbers of several other places in the area that she would recommend that would pay better. Even when they were unable to meet my specific needs, per se,’ they were willing to take the time to help me nonetheless.
